Sometimes in gay life or when you are first coming out, you sometimes feel like you are searching for love in all the wrong places. Well, actually it might not be the places as much as it is the energy or “chi” you project.

Also don’t start skipping meals thinking that will help you lose weight because it wont! It will only make it harder for you to lose the extra weight you have.

A balanced and well portioned meal includes eating fresh food, eating veggies big time and eating meat sparingly. All food is good as long as you balance your meals and keep the portions in moderation.

Also try to include daily exercise like a brisk walk, perhaps you could do some Tai Chi or Yoga, or even join a gym and check out the cute guys.

The main goal here is to be healthy and fit which helps you look your best and it’s very important that you look your best when looking for a date.  You might disapoint some “old chubby chasers” but your more likely to find who you’re really looking for.
